Day 3 – My Arse Hurts

17 Nov

My body is naturally a bit sore after 3 training sessions a day (Walking, Spinning, Swimming), but F$#$@ my arse hurts from the my time on the spinning bike.

You would think with all this extra padding on my rear end (and I am not referring to my brand new padded cycling shorts which make me feel like I have done a crap in my pants each time I war them) that I would not feel the affects of the TINY seat on the spinning bikes. If anyone has some advice on how to make things more comfortable PLEASE TELL ME.

Anyway I kinda realized I am giving ALOT of focus to what I eat, and my training but not enough to my mental and emotional side of my weight gain, so once I get through this week… I am gonna do some jet eye jack mind bending focus and digging.

OH and I thought a pic from the spinning bike would be appropriate (it was that or my sore arse).

Um.. yeah. Exercise bike seats ALWAYS hurt my butt. Like.. a lot. And some regular bike seats.. but surprisingly not my current bike, even though the seat doesn’t look very padded.

Not sure how to overcome the problem, except that I think eventually your butt will get used to it. Until then.. you just have to take it I think. At least you don’t have to sit down to pee!

(PS a friend and I started a blog too now!)

Oh my god.. I just realized that the name of my blog is very similar to your tag line. I SWEAR I didn’t steal it.. I’d set up a fitness blog a while ago but never used it. I just changed “fitness” to “weight loss”
